Internet Returns Policy

We want you to be happy shopping at Casa Raul Western Wear, and we understand that sometimes items just don’t work out. We’re happy to try and make it right for you with a return or an exchange. We ask that the item be returned within 30 days of package delivery. The item must be brand new, unused and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging still attached and any accessories included. We cannot accept items that have been modified in any way. Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. We also pay the domestic return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We do not reimburse for shipping costs. We will send you a label if it is our error.  If the item being returned is not a result of our error, you are responsible for the return shipping. We do not reimburse for shipping. We only send out labels if it is our error.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hats that have been shaped. These items are final sale since they are customized for you.

Returns can/will NOT be made using the Afterpay or Klarna payment methods. If we happen to not have a(n) item(s) in stock for your order, you will be refunded for your item(s) specifically. Each customer must place a separate order if they want an alternative/similar item that wasn’t in their current order while using Afterpay. Exchanges can be used on eligible items.

Refunds are based on the original price paid, excluding shipping, which is not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded. If a customer wants to reclaim any such non-refundable items, they will be responsible for paying shipping to retrieve them, otherwise the items will be donated.

You may ship the package to us using any carrier you wish. Inside your package there is a paper with return and exchange information. Please fill that out and return it back with your product.

Do NOT put a label on merchandise or manufacturer packaging! Please properly package your return in a poly mailer, box, or something relevant to prevent damaged merchandise during the shipping process.

Make sure to include a copy of your packing list or receipt in the package so we will know which account to make the refund to, or which address to ship an exchange to. If you are asking to make an exchange, let us know what you are wanting to exchange the item for. We will ship an exchange item with no additional shipping charges one time. If more exchanges are required, you will need to pay shipping for them.

Please make sure to get a tracking number. We cannot issue a refund on items we do not receive.

The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies only to items bought on our online store. If your item was purchased in store, it must be returned in-store. Store purchases have 30 days to exchange only on non-final sale items. In-store purchases are not eligible for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
