At Casa Raul Western Wear, we work hard to get your purchases to you as quickly and affordably as possible!

Fast & Reliable Shipping

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within one business day of being placed.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–9 business days within the 48 contiguous United States, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please keep in mind that occasional carrier delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $35!

We are happy to offer affordable shipping options for our customers:

Orders over $35: FREE standard ground shipping!
Orders under $35: Just a $5 flat-rate shipping fee!

These offers are valid only for deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States and do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.

Free shipping does not cover additional delivery attempts or charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or unsuccessful deliveries.

Need It Faster? Upgrade Your Shipping!

For customers who need their purchases sooner, we offer expedited UPS shipping options at checkout for an additional charge.

Available shipping upgrades include:

UPS Next Day Air: Overnight delivery (next business day).
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days.
UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery within 3 business days.

Important: All expedited shipping delivery times are calculated in business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin once UPS receives your package, not when your order is placed.

Please remember that our standard order processing time is up to one business day. Selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day processing or pickup.

Physical Address Required for UPS Deliveries

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order is being shipped through UPS, you must provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays, additional charges, or returned packages.

Shipping Schedule & Carrier Pickup

We begin processing your order as quickly as possible, including on weekends. However, please keep in mind that UPS only picks up packages on business days.

For example, if your shipping label is created on a Saturday, your package may not be picked up by UPS until Monday. UPS also does not provide regular pickup service on certain U.S. holidays.

Please note: Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean your package has been picked up by the carrier. Tracking information will update once the carrier scans your shipment.

Shipping to International Countries

Due to increased tariffs, we are currently unable to ship orders to Canada or Mexico.

We continue to offer international shipping to other eligible countries exclusively through UPS. At checkout, customers can select their preferred UPS shipping service from the available options.

Please review the following international shipping policies:

Shipping Restrictions: Certain brands and products cannot be shipped outside the United States due to manufacturer or other restrictions.
Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
Returns & Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges originating outside the United States.
Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping costs and may be collected by UPS upon delivery.

Free In-Store Pickup

We know that sometimes shopping online is simply more convenient, even when you live close to one of our stores! That's why Casa Raul Western Wear offers FREE In-Store Pickup for our local customers.

If your ZIP code is within driving distance of Laredo, Texas, you'll see a “Pick Up In Store” option at checkout. Simply select this option, and your order will be prepared for pickup at our North Location, next to Mall del Norte.

When will your order be ready?

Same-Day Pickup: Depending on product availability and where the merchandise is located, some orders may be ready for pickup the same day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Typically ready for pickup the following day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Typically ready for pickup within two days.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store. Pickup times may vary depending on merchandise availability and location.

Best of all, there is no additional charge for this service!
