Shipping

Our goal is to get every order shipped within one business day of being placed. The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states for USPS deliveries. From time to time, the post office will have a delay.

Enjoy free ground shipping on any purchase to the 48 continental United States only.  Purchase must be over $50. Does not apply to multiple delivery attempts due to inaccurate information or inability to deliver to your address.

 

If your purchase is under $50, you only have to pay a $5 flat fee!

 

Please note that we package your order as soon as we can, but UPS only picks up our boxes on business days. If we create the label on a Saturday, it does not get picked up by UPS till Monday. They also do not pick up on US Holidays. 

 

Shipping to International Countries 

We ship to Canada and Mexico and other International Countries by UPS exclusively. You will have the option of which delivery service from UPS that you prefer to use at checkout. We do not cover the shipping on any returns or exchanges from outside the USA. Free Shipping offers are not included on any international order. Some brands and items can not be shipped to addresses outside of the USA. The customer will be responsible for all taxes and duties when your package is delivered by UPS.

We’ve partnered with Ship Safely — a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Ship Safely provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store 


Sometimes it’s just more convenient to shop online, even if there’s a store nearby.

If your zip code is within driving distance of Laredo, Texas, you will see an option appear when you are ready to finalize your purchase called “Pick Up In Store”. If you choose this option, your order will be ready to pick up at our Mall Del Norte location on the next day if your order was placed before noon, and within two days otherwise. There is no fee for this service.
