This brand-new American Hat Co. Style 7420S is crafted from 20X Star Straw, offering lightweight durability and breathability. Designed with a long oval fit, it features a wave vented open crown for enhanced airflow and a distinctive Western look. A 4 1/4” brim delivers a classic Western profile, while the black two-cord hatband adds a clean, traditional finish. Inside, a black leather sweatband provides all-day comfort and a secure, premium fit.

If you choose to have our Hat Shapers customize your hat, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please select from the available shaping options. One of our Hat Masters will contact you to guide you through your preferred crown and brim shape. Once completed, we will send photos for your approval before shipping to ensure you are completely satisfied.
Because each hat is individually customized, returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please allow several days for the shaping process, as expedited shipping (next-day or second-day air) cannot be guaranteed.
Be sure to confirm your correct hat size before purchasing, as this is a final sale. If your hat fits slightly large, we are happy to provide hat filler to achieve the perfect fit.
