Western Snap Shirt
It took a bit of wrangling to finally get this shirt. We were disappointed that we had to pay shipping for return. We were expecting that since we specifically asked for a size exchange in writing on the form provided, we would not be charged again for shipping for second delivery of shirt in correct size. Wondering if your company can waive that fee.
